Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a sturdy box of your choice.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
